Terms of service

By purchasing or using DME Launch Radar, you agree to these terms. If you purchase for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

Product and license

A purchase grants one organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded edition for internal commercial research and lawful outreach. You may import records into your organization's own systems and share them with its staff and contractors working for it.

Restrictions

You may not resell, republish, publicly distribute, sublicense, or use the dataset to create a competing data product. You may not use it for harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive practices, or outreach that violates telemarketing, privacy, email, or other applicable laws.

Signal limitations

An NPI is a research signal. It does not prove licensure, accreditation, Medicare enrollment, business opening, purchasing authority, or intent to buy. Data may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or entered incorrectly at the source. You are responsible for verifying records and deciding whether and how to contact an organization.

Payments and delivery

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe. Access is granted after Stripe reports a successful payment. If a paid file cannot be accessed or materially differs from its advertised scope, contact us within seven days so we can correct delivery or evaluate a refund. Except where law requires otherwise, completed digital-data purchases are final.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of sales results, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, total liability related to an edition will not exceed the amount paid for that edition.

Changes and contact

These terms may change for future purchases. The version in effect when you purchase governs that transaction. Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
