No. They are newly enumerated organization NPIs carrying a DME supplier taxonomy signal. CMS states that an NPI does not prove licensing, credentialing, accreditation, Medicare enrollment, opening status, or purchase intent. Verify each record before outreach.
What gets removed?
Organization subparts, records naming a parent organization, known national chains, invalid U.S. phone formats, and any practice phone repeated across the four source weeks.
How fresh is the file?
